Increase in Breast Milk production - Paal Sura Fish

There is a type of fish called Paal Sura Fish - which is common in coastal areas. This fish will promote the breast milk secretion tremendously. Local Chennai people will make paal sura puttu out of this fish. Every alternate day consumption will increase the secretion the breast milk .


Fenugreek 50 gms per day and garlic are the best combination.
